pbn2html and pbn2doc

You can insert a pbn file here and the program will produce the HTML.
Of course when you paste the produced html into an empty Word document, you have the conversion to .doc
Works for PBN 1.0 standard, the PBN 2.0 standard, and the PBN 2.1 standard.
Note that only the dealer, vulnerability and the cards will be inserted in the html.
